Kristina's Room – Decorated with our younger guests in mind and situated on the second floor, this charming room has modest antiques. It has a full-size bed and television in the main bedroom, a large tiled bathroom with shower, and a loft with a single bed and television. $70 per night for single or double occupancy in main bedroom. $15 per night for loft. Limit 3 guests. No one above 6 foot tall should rent Kristina's Room because of antique bed length.
Mother's Room – Decorated in a maternal flair with lovely antiques, this room has a carpeted bedroom and spacious bath with tub/shower combination on the second floor, has a full-size bed and television. $70 per night
for single or double occupancy. No one above 6 foot tall should rent Mother's Room because of antique bed length.

The Treetop Room – Perched on the second-floor, this suite has a large outside balcony overlooking the Little Buffalo River and our formal garden. It is carpeted throughout and features two sleeping areas each with a full-size bed, television, and a large bathroom with tub/shower combination. $90 Friday and Saturday nights for double occupancy, $75 during the week. $15 for each additional guest up to 2.
Need 2 bedrooms and 1 bath? Reserve Kristina's Room.
Need 3 bedrooms and 2 baths? Reserve Kristina's and Mother's Rooms.
Need 4 bedrooms and 3 baths? Reserve the 2nd floor (Kristina's Room, Mother's Room and the Treetop Room).
Rent the entire Arkansas House, Cabin on the River, and Great Room for $600 per night, double occupancy (12 guests).$15 a night per person for each additional guest (maximum 12 additional guests for a total of 24)
Need 3 bedrooms and 2 baths? Reserve Kristina's and Mother's Rooms.
